I was born in New Delhi, India and immigrated to the United States to study. I was a Professor of Economics at Le Moyne College, Syracuse, New York until June 2015. Before coming to Syracuse, I taught Economics and Financial Markets at Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan in their Ph.D.  program. I have been an Associate Editor of Indian Journal of Business and Economics between 2002 and 2015 & was Co-Editor for the special issue on Outsourcing in 2004. You may have seen me on local news and on the Financial Fitness Programs or may have read an article that I helped staff writers to write in the Post Standard on economic and financial topics with my name in it.

I am uniquely qualified to provide sound financial advice given my 25 years of teaching financial markets, and advising since 1998. My specialty is Retirement Planning and Wealth Creation & Preservation. My goal is to help my clients secure their financial future by understanding the workings of financial markets to protect their assets, improve investment returns and enjoy a comfortable retirement. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise about financial markets with others.
