Wayne has been in the financial services industry since 1980, serving his clients for 29 years before retiring with Prudential Financial and partnering with IBN Financial to better serve his clients
with a wider variety of financial products and companies available in the marketplace.  Wayne has always taken advantage of many seminars and continuing education classes throughout the year to stay abreast of the rapidly changing scope of financial and retirement planning.

Wayne obtained his ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation from The American College in 1994 and his CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) in 1996, and earned the CLTC (certification in Long term care insurance) in 2000,  and currently holds security licenses series 6, 63, and 65 (Registered Investment Advisor) as well as his property and casualty license for NYS.

For several years Wayne has been a volunteer referee for the Fulton Youth Soccer program in the late 80's and 90's, and has been a certified FIFA referee with the Western & Central New York
Youth Soccer League for many years and is now a high school NFHS certified soccer referee officiating games throughout central NY.

Wayne was the treasurer at his church for several years in the 1980's, and has been a deacon at his present church for three years.  In addition he sits on the ministry board and has been
the past secretary and current treasurer of the men's golf league at his church. 

Wayne and his wife Sheila have resided in Fulton, NY since 1982 and have two grown children, Melissa and Brian, and three grandchildren.
