 ROBERT L. WOLFF, L.L.M. Tax, CELA, is a member of the law firm of Robert L. Wolff, 305 19^th Street, Watervliet, N.Y. 12189. The focus of Mr. Wolff’s practice is in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Retirement Planning, Financial Planning, Asset Protection, Taxation and Estate Planning for the Disabled. He has been certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, and has been designated a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor by the College for Financial Planning.

Mr. Wolff is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a founding member of the New York State Bar Association Elder Law Section, a past Editor of the New York State Bar Association Elder Law Section’s Newsletter, The Elder Law Attorney, a past Vice-Chair of the New York Bar Association Elder Law Section and a current member of The Elder Law Section’s Medicaid Committee. Mr. Wolff received his B.S. Degree in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from Siena College, earned his Law Degree from Albany Law School, and his L.L.M. in Taxation from Georgetown Law Center. Mr. Wolff has written extensively on Estate Planning, Elder Law and Retirement Planning topics, and is also a well-known speaker on these subjects. Currently, he produces and hosts a public access television show at SACC- TV in Schenectady entitled “Elder Law Today”.
